Guardian Home Must be within 45min of us

This is a great opportunity for a person or family to enjoy a "PICK OF THE LITTER" puppy/dog that is considered for breeding by the breeder. These dogs are usually the best of the best. A great dog a great price. Often there is a deposit ($500) to ensure commitment by the Guardian Home. The puppy/dog remains the property of the breeder until the end of the breeding career and then becomes the Guardian Home's Forever Dog ! Typically at the age of 5 years, the dog then becomes part of the forever home. (Age does vary depending on the gender and health of the dog). 

It does take a commitment and the willingess to be flexible for the needs of the Breeder, but I believe its is well worth it to receive what is  typically  a "Cream of the Crop" puppy or dog. Of course, there are requirement set forth in a contract that must be followed for obvious reasons. The value of one of these dogs can be up to $15,000. Hence, the need for the breeder to find just the right home.

OUR GUARDIAN HOME PROGRAM At Childs Bulldogs we believe that every dog deserves to have a forever home with a loving family. All of our dogs are part of our family and live in our home and never kenneled.

 A Guardian Home is a permanent home for one of our breeding males or females. 

 Becoming a Guardian Home gives you the opportunity to have one of our puppies/dogs  as a forever family member and his/her breeding career will last (1-4 litters or up to the age of 5 for females & up to the age of 6 for males). Childs Bulldogs will retain ALL breeding rights. As a Guardian Home you will be required to cover the normal expenses of owning a puppy/dog including annual exams, vaccines, food, etc. We will pay for all breeding related costs including health testing.

  Becoming a Guardian Home is not for everyone, This is not a get a free dog gimmick this is a business agreement and commitment. You MUST be willing and able to follow these requirements: For puppies: willing to teach basic commands such as sit, stay, lay-down, and leave it. Be willing to socialize puppies. This is very important! Puppy/Dog must be an indoor pet and never left unattended outside. Feed a quality food. All other dogs in the home MUST be fixed. Provide regular exercise.

 Willing to let us Childs Bulldogs  visit your home. Contact Childs Bulldog  immediately in the event of a serious illness or accident. Send a copy of all vet visits to Childs Bulldogs  Must not allow he/she to mate with any dogs other than dogs from Childs Bulldogs  If you are a guardian for a female dog, you must be willing to drop her off for up to a week while she is bred. Then drop her back off 1 week prior to her whelping date. She will stay with us until the puppies are weaned. If you are a guardian for a male dog, you must be willing to drop him off or meet with us and he will be with us for 5-7 days for breedings unless arrangements are made ahead of time for Childs Bulldogs to pick him up. 

We are also open to co owning males with other breeders. Be able to communicate with Childs Bulldogs, about scheduling testing, mating, whelping, and anything else breeding related.
